Mr. Mohammad Abdullah Al-Saad

Mr. Mohammad Abdullah Al-Saad obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University of Kuwait in 2007. Additionally is an HBS Alumni having successfully completed the Program for Leadership Development course in 2019. Mr. Al-Saad also attended several training courses in the fields of management, advisory, finance and banking.

He started his career in Corporate Banking with 15 years of credit exposure; initially at Ahli United Bank as Relations Officer - Contracting and Manufacturing Unit. Later, he joined Gulf Bank and assumed several positions: Manager - Commercial Unit, Senior Manager - Financial Markets Unit, and finally Executive Manager - Shares & Real Estate Unit.

On March 06, 2022 he assumed the position of CEO at Amar Finance and Leasing Company.
Mr. Eissa Hassan Al-Kandari

Mr. Eissa Hassan Al-Kandari obtained a bachelor’s degree in finance and financial Institutions from the College of Business Administration, Kuwait University 2008. Additionally, he passed Level 2 of the CFA program in 2014.
He started his career in 2008 and has over 15 years of experience in the investment and banking sectors. He has assumed several positions as a board member in various companies in Kuwait and abroad, as well as in investment funds.
In April 2023, he joined Amar Finance and Leasing Company as Executive Manager of the Investment and Assets Management Department. He registered as a Collective Investment System Manager with the Capital Markets Authority.
Mr Nader Louis Youssef

Mr. Nader Louis is Vice President Finance & Accounting. He joined Amar team in 2006, and contributed in creating & implementing of the accounting system and its application in Islamic finance, applied in a number of reputed Islamic banks locally and globally. Mr. Nader has experience with the requirements of the different Supervision bodies; The Central bank Of Kuwait (CBK) & Capital Markets Authority (CMA).

Mr. Nader has 23 years experience in corporate and investment banking with International Investment Projects Company (IIPC) a listed company at Kuwait Stock Exchange, Commercial International Bank CIB- Egypt. He has obtained a bachelor of commerce & business administration major in accounting.
